  Saw the $3 sign, thought it'd be fine as we're basically across the road at the art gallery. Couldn't find any parking so decided to leave. The scanner couldn't read our ticket and neither could the "cashier" machines. No human assistance whatsoever and weren't even here and have to pay $13.
  
  THE $3 PARKING IS A LIE. DO NOT USE WILSON PARKING.
