  Terrible service.
  
  Went in and asked to get a poster printed. He said it would take up to an hour and to come back then. Came back 5mins early and he told me it will be another 30mins. I was disappointed as I needed the poster printed asap but said that I could pick up tomorrow as I had no more time on that day. Then I picked it up the following day and as soon as I saw the poster it was printed out wrong. I'm not sure how a printing company can't print out a PDF file properly, let along check that it looks right before giving to the customer. I expressed that I was unhappy he (the owner/director) mucked me around twice and he got defensive about how it's not his fault. I asked for a refund and he got aggressive about it but went ahead with refund. On receiving the receipt of refund I noticed he didn't refund me fully. Thankfully I had the receipt from the following day and could prove he refunded me incorrectly. He then opened the till and gave me some coins to make up the change then slammed the till closed. The amount still didn't make up to the full refund amount and he got out some more change and asked "Do you always complain?!". To answer no I don't but I don't expect to be ripped of 3+ times and then scammed of my refund. I don't know what kind of mickey mouse unprofessional business this is but I'd highly recommend staying away from this one. This man should not be in business if he can't get these basics right. I'm not sure if he means it or not but his response my review is an absolute lie. Perhaps he doesn't understand English very well which is why his service was so shocking. Who knows. Just don't bother.
  
  I ended up going to Copybook Copycentre where they had a smile, great customer service, gave me a discount and only took 10mins to print for me when OfficeNow said 1hr + 30mins plus apparently their printer takes 40mins to print it. Useless.

  Jason and the team at Officenow printed, bound and delivered the documents we needed urgently within a few hours of me contacting them. The team were a pleasure to deal with and got the job done in no time at all - saving the day after a disaster on our end!
  
  Without their help we wouldn't have had the high quality documents we needed for an important client meeting.
