  DO NOT GO HERE...you'd be wasting your money. Worst hair salon I've been to. They don't know what service is. Popped by on a Saturday to get my hair done. They said they were busy but managed to book me in. They told me in advance that I couldn't get it cut at the same time. This was fine with me. I only wanted the color done. I came in and waited a few minutes. "Receptionist" seated me after some discussion with an Indian staff member who was lovely. We chit chat and she does my color and promptly tells me that she wasn't my stylist but this other girl Janelle was. I couldn't see her but I could definitely hear her. Once Janelle comes over, she doesn't check on my color at all. A bit surprising given that in other salons, the stylist would check if they had to remove dye from your ears or hairline while the color was developing. I felt ignored. An offer of a drink was an afterthought. After telling me how "busy" they were, I couldn't believe that Janelle had the time to ask another young staffer to wash her hair. At the same time loudly boasting about her drunken night before. Very unprofessional to not only get your hair done while you had clients waiting but worst to have to be quite loud about your drinking habits of the night before! By the time the other young staffer washed my hair after she had washed Janelle's hair, it was time for Janelle to actually do something to my hair...after all, she was meant to be my assigned stylist! She came over and I asked her to remove the dye on my hairline and ears. To say she did it with enthusiasm would be an exaggeration! If she didn't want to work, why even be there. She then asked me what I wanted done while making sure I understood that they couldn't cut it. I asked that it be blown straight and she said that would take as long as a cut and that they couldn't do it. I looked around at how "busy" they were and was skeptical as well as disappointed by her excuse. She made a half attempt at drying my hair without asking how I liked it done. Dismal service. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else!
