  Worse company to deal with, staff is very unhelpful, they always need to ask someone to get an answer for you and make you wait for ages. Product advertised on trademe is something else and what you are actually sold was comparatively of lower quality. When you try to return it, they dont offer you the option of refund, barely agree with store credit. It's like if you buy from them you are stuck. Some key AS/NZS standard details missing on products. Overall I dont recommend the company for anyone. They rudely tell you not to use their online chat option. Weird. Worst experience for me to make a purchase from them. Never again
