  When you get quoted the Warsaw/Montreal Convention so they don't have to refund the $90.. In accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Carriage and the Warsaw/Montreal Convention that is compulsory applicable by law. Goods such as Volkswagen Glass should not be sent through our network delivery system because it involves the use of mechanical handling and automated sortation equipment together with multiple transhipments on and off vehicles which could result in loss and or damage. If you nevertheless
  send, or cause us to send, such goods through our network delivery system it shall be at your own risk.

  I would give 0 if I could. The worst part is when you call them the agent just got up from long sleep wakes up and pick up my call. While talking to me she was literally yawning all the time. I have called them to check on my courier and they told me I will need to pay $85 for custom duty. Can they not ring me and let me know about this stupid charges? When I asked her why she didn't ring me to let me know about and she changed whole topic. DHL is far better than this.
