  Quite terrible service. Friendly down to earth people. Took an hour to just get the boots and boards. Not to mention that they never seem to have snowboards available. We have to drive an hour to get told - Sorry, get a refund or deal with it.
  
  Also, what’s with the uniform? A bright yellow T-shirt with the F bomb? Where’s management?!
