  Usually great but this time I was not impressed. There was only one staff manning the counter who was also new and had to be told the order several times which isn't nice. Her coffee making skills also need major improvement as it was terrible.
  
  I'm sure it was a one off so I'll be returning soon to give it another go, but I hope Melba sort themselves out as they are usually bang on perfect each time and I'd love to write a glowing review like usual next time.

  With a lot of competition in the Ellerslie township you need to be great to stand out - and they are.
  On a Weekend it is common place to see Melba full and the other cafes close by struggling to fill tables. There is a reason for this - they are awesome!
