  We were introduced to Nick a week out from going unconditional and so things had to move pretty quick. We started to get a bit panicky but from the moment we spoke with Nick there was a calmness that settled our nerves. Nick and his team (thank you too Viv :-)) were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Truly lovely down to earth people to talk with. They were considerate to contact us much as possible after work hours and kept in touch via texts/calls when urgent & emails every other time. They happily took the time to explain why they needed certain documents and the process involved from start to end.
  
  They were successful with our application and when they advised us we were of course ecstatic. What was really cool though was that they were genuinely happy for us too.
  
  We really can't say enough about this AWESOME team. They really go the extra mile and also with a personal touch. Even if our application wasn't successful, we would still highly recommend Nick and his team.
  
  These guys are LIT!
  (aka EXCELLENT for those over 40 lol)
