  I went last night with my friend. Its a Nice place and good ambience. This place definarly have the best sheesha and wine. food is the problem here . It was just Ok. 2 of our main courses were over cooked and portions were very small.
  Good customer service though. Whole staff was friendly and offered us the best customer service. Would recommend this place all time. I hope Caravansai increase the food standards.

  This use to be my ultimate favourite place to go three years ago but the last couple of times were horrible experiences. Food is average but overpriced. Music is awful. I really hate the fact the staff didn't care about my wheelchair friend after many times asking them to move some chairs and tables. Not very good vibes. Shisha average but not worth the price considering there are other places nearby that are better and cheaper/similar price.
