  I went for a service there because they advertise that they have Liqui Moly oil. I specified that I want that oil and that's the reason I'm doing my service with them. They confirmed that they will order it and have it for my service. That was confirmed on the day of service as well.
  While my car was there I got a call that my spark plugs need to be replaced, but when I told them that they have been replaced at the last service they said that they'll check again.
  I went to pick up my car, paid the bill and asked if they've put the oil that I wanted and they confirmed it is Liqui Moly. I asked what's wrong with my spark plugs and was given a slightly strange explanation that they though that something was wrong with them, but they were fine.
  Went home to find that I've been charged for a WOF when my last one was done by them not long ago and wasn't due for another 7-8 months. Also the oil that they confirmed 2-3 times before and once after the service was not the one I requested. They said the WOF was an error and refunded the money, but when I asked why they used a different oil to the one we agreed on so many times I was explained that the mechanic decided to use that instead of the one that I wanted (and they confirmed that they've put in at the car pick up). That was again slightly strange, but I left it at that.
  It wasn't until a friend of mine went for a service there and the same mistakes started repeating (overcharged for something included in the service package, was told that something needs replacement without being able to explain why and again the same game with the oil) when I started seing some kind of a trend.
  I'm not saying if you should or should not use their services, but if you do go there - buy your own oil and watch them putting it in, triple check what you are charged for and request to get any replaced parts returned to you.
