  Attended for a friend's 30th where a private table had been booked months previously (booked in person, watched staff write it in the diary), but was double booked upon arrival. Tried to seat 12 of us at a table fit for 8 and we had to push to be seated at original table. Service was incredibly slow (and it was not a busy night) and the food orders had to be clarified by wait staff several times and even returned by one of us. Food was also average. No apology from management and no offer of even a free drink for the birthday girl. None of us will be returning!
