  Good Morning Gail,
  
  I don't think I could thank Tom enough for the job, effort he and, well your whole team put into the sale of 96a. Sunnyside Road Sunnyvale. From my own personnel errors of judgement, a not so good property manager, a bad tenant, slowdown of the housing market, and tricky and persistent buyer(s). Tom is certainly an honest man. Tells me how it is but doesn't stop to improve a given situation for my benefit. Having your handyman (who actually is a very good tradesman) was a massive go-forward for me. And, at nearing the end of what was a saga, paying costs when I was at the end of my financial ability.... what can one say to that...
  
  Thank You Tom and your team. I can turn now to doing things here for my family and stuff i personally want to do in the Hawkes Bay. No longer have that two to three years of -what the hell is going on here- feeling with regard to my house in Auckland.
  
  Cheers and yes, I have already passed Tom's name to my friends that have homes in Auckland in the event they are thinking of selling.
