  Amy McAuley is one of the most exciting and enthusiastic women I know!
  
  Her ability to devise new ways to encourage people to 'get out there' and enjoy exercising is legendary.
  
  I first met Amy at a Wellness event a number of years ago and was immediately attracted by her bubbly personality as she 'hooped' her way into everyone's heart.
  
  I'm really looking forward now to following Amy's example as I start my Happy 100 list! You really need to check it out....
