  Just rang this vet as I paid for my dog to be de-sexed at the time of purchase and now wanted to have my dog de-sexed as she is 10 years old now and it's time. I young woman I spoke to on the phone was not helpful or useful at all, she just wanted to make excuses as to why they wouldn't be honouring their end of the deal, piss poor vet, horrible, arrogant woman, not interested in my dog at all and didn't even ask about she (so much as she name), didn't offer to even look her up on file and see who we were. I would never trust these people with a pot plant never mind my much loved dog.
