  Lets be honest about lets fix it. They are offering cheap repairs to expensive items. If you chose that route then you will get what you pay for. I have just got my second repair done through these guys, again the phone turned up with bits of glue over the phone and the screen protector is average at best (but seriously at $5 it will do). The screen was replaced as expected, everything works fine and the timing was pretty fast, I dropped it off on Saturday and it was at my desk on Tuesday morning.
  There appear to be plenty of people giving low scores but I suspect they are wanting a 5 star service from a half price discounted online deals, just saying you need to keep it in perspective.
  I will happily use again knowing what outcomes I have had already.
