  Even one star is too good for this terrible place. Rude and nasty staff who ignore and don't help elderly people in distress. My mother was treated with contempt and ridicule because she didn't know how to scan a waiting card so she just left the place without getting a blood test. She will now use the Browns Bay facility after being humiliated at this awful place.
