  Lovely centre. Warm welcoming people, but also chilled out. Happy to help you out with advice if you want, but also happy to let you be if that's what you want.
  
  Great teachings very practical and accessible by all regardless of your beliefs. Teachings cover many different things but in essence all aim to help make people happier and more peaceful. My life is much happier and meaningful because of them and I am more loving and caring to my family and friends.
