  Good at getting money, bad at fulfilling the level of service customers deserve. People at the service department don't seem to be friendly to customers. I went to the servicing area to have my cars service but the lady at the reception was unfriendly!!

  Service in general leaves a lot to be desired. Sales people should follow through on the promises made when making a sale. Car washing when getting car serviced is of such poor quality it makes you wonder how good the service done under the bonnet is.
  
  The people booking the car in for the service also need further training in listening and responding to customers.
