  Many thanks to team at Jenco. I arrived back in NZ at 9pm after a 36 hr difficult air journey only to find my hot water cystern not working!
  A telephone call to Jenco the following morning was met with a most pleasant sympathetic response and a promise to phone back if a electrician became available. I didn’t have to wait long to be told not possible that day but 8 am the following available. Came the hour came the man and my problem fixed by a very efficient friendly electrician together with his equally dedicated apprentice. I could have been told a new element was required but no just the wall plug burnt out. Test cert. emailed within the hour and soon enjoying a well needed hot shower. John Hudson North Shore.
