  For people staying at hotels, the in-house restaurant can sometimes be a predictable and boring choice. The Grill at the Amora Hotel was a pleasant surprise for us.
  
  It's a pleasantly laid out room with attentive staff and a small bar at the back. The menu has choices to suit everyone's tastes. I was intrigued by the Saltimbocca Chicken and was not disappointed at all. The chef created an amazingly picturesque fusion of prosciutto and pistachio mousse, with potato cutlet, white bean and corn puree, baby carrots and pineapple and melon salsa. The flavors blended together superbly, well done chef.
  
  If you are too tired to head out to a downtown restaurant, you won't go wrong with trying The Grill instead.
