  I ordered the same day that I wanted it delivered with short notice. They rung to ssy courier might be late, then rung to say there'd been a traffic incident and if I could divert the flowers. Managed to drop them off at a friend's house instead. Very good communication and enabled me to still get the flowers regardless of circumstance.
