  Dr John Chaplin has performed two surgeries on me (one recent and another 12 years ago). The processes for both surgeries were very well planned and handled. I felt that I could easily approach Dr John Chaplin with any questions that I had and I was well-informed throughout. The scarring was very minimal for both surgeries. Dr John Chaplin continued to show a high level of professionalism before, during, and after the surgery. I highly trust Dr John Chaplin to execute difficult surgeries well and to produce excellent outcomes. My family and I highly appreciate Dr John Chaplin and his staff, who provided great service.
