  The staff was ok, though customer service could definitely be improved. However, low customer service quality seems to be the signature of Countdown. The have a decent variety of products and their price is on the average. Check out queue can be uncharacteristically long at times.

  Don't go there with babies, they have no carts with infant seats. I kindly asked for one when going shopping with my 3 month old and staff was not helpful
