  I've been shopping at this particular branch for a few years now as it’s the closest to where I live, time and time again i've been meet with bad/condescending customer service by staff. I have never been asked for ID in all the years i’ve shopped there (I’m 31), tonight was different however and for some reason decided they wanted to see some ID.. unfortunately the only ID (Second hand dealers license) I was carrying wasn’t suitable even though it had my photo and date of birth on it and I was denied… funnily enough the same staff who denied me have approved and put through many many previous alcohol/ciggi sales for me over the years without question, I don’t know why tonight was different but I won’t be shopping at this branch again.
