  Wonderful coffee and food, visited them this morning for breakfast. I ordered mocha and pancake. Nice place to relax. Great service. Will be back again with my friends next time.

  Really poor customer service specially if u have choosen take way. What happened with me was a terrible experience!!
  I made an order online and when I went for the pickup this Korean lady at front handed food to me in a bag but she handed the coffee cup to me without any cup holder and unpacked and that showed their un-professionalism. But rather than arguing with them I just choose to walk away and as I just stepped out the coffee was spilled all over the road because of poor packaging.
  
  This time I was pissed off as I knew straight-up it was their fault. I went back and asked them to give me a new coffee with a cup holder and the lady at reception passed me over to the manager and here she comes the one of the RUDEST Manager I have ever seen in my life. Instead of accepting that it was their fault she started blaming and said, "if u want a new coffee you have to pay for it again and it will be without cup holder again".
  
  I never expected this kind of behaviour from manager and the management itself and specially when you are in New Zealand.
  
  So I will say don't go for the take away option with ramada coffee club Albany.
