  Poor Hygiene in the sauna or spa or pool.
  
  I have complained more than once but nothing is been done to enforce people to shower before entering in their spa or sauna.
  
  Quite disgusting consider that you go to a gym to get fit and Healthy.
  
  The staff, especially the manager was not helpful so I had to cancel my membership.
  
  Be aware if you have a poor immune system or love to be in a clean environment this is NOT the place to go.
