  Unreliable, poor customer service, unprofessional and EXPENSIVE!!!
  I took in my Miele vacuum cleaner in for repair here and 4 weeks later after constant chase up (I was told someone will call you tomorrow 3 different occasion and no one ever called back) I was told it is not under warranty and they will charge me 65 $ to give me a cost of repair. What a waste of time. I don't mind spending another 500 on a vacuum cleaner but to leave it for a month is just waste of time.
