  No hot water 2 days before Xmas, never fear BT Plumbing & Gas were there! Within 1 hour of booking my job Francis came out and found the problem straight away (gas leak on change over reg that had failed). He was very professional and efficient, He explained what needed to be done and organised a replacement part straight away. That afternoon Dylan came out and installed the new part. He also was very professional and took the time to explain things to me (put my mind at rest) as I have a fear of gas. Outstanding Service, will recommend BT Plumbing & Gas to everyone I know. Awesome job guys!
