  was all nice to start with then as I was having the cavi lipo something happened where I was in excruciating pain so the treatment had to stop (felt like my insides were being burnt). After paying the $80 which I wasn't told at the time was a special price so thought this was the regular price as it didn't state that on the website I thought I deserved some kind of partial refund as maybe a goodwill gesture but no that wasn't going to happen, instead I got told that she could make an appointment with a doctor to explain things with me. To be honest it just seemed like too much hard work just for $20 or $40 refund. The pain I was in was almost unbearable and I was in tears you would think there would be a little compassion!!!!
