  VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING. My vehicle was taken in for a wheel alignment on Friday. Driving home that afternoon i realised the steering was way off centre and the car was pulling to the right. When i contacted the manager (Mark) he mentioned that "oh that car was a rush job and we didn't have time to do a road test" (I PAID THE FULL PRICE)i then asked why and he mentioned it was due to them being short staffed. But i could bring the car in to New Market again (and not to any other Beaurepaires), which is about a 30 min drive from my home and incovenient. He told me the alignment was off before hand etc etc one excuse after another. I then took my car to a centre closer to home and they mentioned that the wheel had not even been tightened correctly and that the alignment they had done was incorrect anyway. Absolutely horrified that a "specialist" would send a car out which could have potentially been very dangerous. (Had to choose a star to place the rating......but i would rather have provided a negative star rating).
