  Utterly lost for words. Bad, bad, bad. Listed July 2017 to sell our family home of over 15 years. Agent Ronelle Hennings who sold properties in Greenhithe came in with a reasonable appraisal we thought as we had no idea what was the value of our home. She had lists of sales in our area, compatible homes etc. to back up her price guide. It sounded good. Go to Tender, 4 weeks marketing, get a result. She knew we were looking to buy a new home and business so we needed a result.
  I would warn anyone considering selling their home to avoid this firm, this actual branch and definitely this agent. Vendors BEWARE,.
  Unprofessional conduct with the care of our home. House french doors left wide-open after an open home. Windows left open after agents came through with private buyers. Doors left unlocked at other viewings. Other B & T agents viewing the house with buyers and leaving no business card to say they had been in the house. Shoes not removed by buyers. I had to have the carpets cleaned.
  Then her manager called us in error. He was actually meant to be calling another vendor in the Greenhithe area and before I could alert him to his mistake he had been talking confidential information about their house to me. Very bad form.
  In all that time she brought 3 private buyers through. 1 Buyer was only looking at a "rent to buy option". 5 weeks before our unconditional settlement date on our new home was due she brought one contract that was $700,000 lower than her lowest appraisal amount.
  we had bought at auction thinking we would achieve a price in her recommended price guide range and now we were faced with no sale and not being able to achieve that price if we did sell.
  After cancelling with B & T we went to auction only for the house to pass in. Eventual buyer was another barfoot and Thompson agent who had viewed the house months before and obviously waited for us to get desperate and needing to sell. Hennings and B & T cost us $100's of thousands we believe. They worked a scam so please all beware.
  
  Sadly I do not like to write a review like this but we have had 4 months of hell in selling our home which was all due to this agents inability to act professionally, with integrity and honesty and above all else with the level of courtesy one would expect when they had the potential to receive a $65,000+ commission.
