  No room service but good number of restaurants nearby. Parking charges are too high @ $35 per night. Housekeeping is not the best - a bit clumsy. The reception staff was cordial and helpful. Rooms are nice, exquisite views of the harbour or sky tower are available. Also liked the indoor temperature controlled swimming pool (though the chlorine contents were too high).

  No restaurant available in the building so having arrived late at night, I had no options for a meal. I gave my debit card for deposit. At checkout I specifically requested the staff member to cancel old authorization as he did a different authorization for the payment. He clearly did not know how to do this as the funds are still pending in my bank account. Could have used the existing authorization as it was more than the settlement amount.
