  My partner who is 6 months pregnant went to have an ultrasound scan and was treated in the most disrespectful manner and left with our two daughters very upset, I intend to make a formal complaint about the shocking service my partner received.

  Because we dared to complain and wasn't happy with the service and asked for a written apology we have now been informed by their MD/Radiologist Dr David.R that we are no longer to use their services and there has been to quote him "A Complete breakdown in the clinical relationship" so much for the "Caring" profession!
