  Have decided to switch vets after two consecutive negative experiences. Today we turned up on time for our scheduled appointment only to be told that the vet was running at least an hour behind schedule. No further explanation or estimated time provided, so we decided not to stay. During the previous visit with our cat I was asked to "please don't stroke your cat in here, as then I have to sweep up after each paitent". I didn't realise that keeping my beloved girl calm while visiting your office would be such an inconvenience for you. Went down to Henderson Vet Clinic and we were met by a warm, friendly team who welcomed us straight away, even without an appointment. The cost of the visit was a fraction of what we were charged at Pet Doctors, alongside a far superior experience overall. Needless to say we will not be returning to Pet Doctors.
