  I had booked a vehicle on this agency, but they refused to give me the car because my driving license was not "translated"... Except my driving license is international and it has exactly the same structure as any other international license (including the New Zealand one). Though I was trying to explain that it was an international license and it has been accepted before in NZ, the lady offered a translation service for additional 40 NZD. To which I politely refused and walk away. Next door rental car company did not have the issue, of course. Not sure whether this was a real issue (though why only this company?) or if they really just wanted to upsell me the translation service.. Either way, not the best of the impressions and service.
