  Just completed my DIY bathroom renovation, installing wall & floor tiles; Having bought all material from Tile Depot, Manukau, I visited this store for picking up few bits again, I casually asked the Manager (Mark) how do I drill holes on tiles for plumbing & electrics cable entry, expecting him to sell me a tungsten carbide / diamond tipped hole saw and a diamond blade for my angle grinder. But this gentleman said, bring your tiles to be drilled with marking and I will cut them for you. The next day, I turned up with 2 or 3 tiles and he made the holes for me while I waited. It was so nice of him to do that (so that I didn’t have to invest in tools, for that one-off job). The floor tiles were ground in an arc where I had to go around the shower unit.
  This place is amazing for the level of customer support. They are very knowledgeable and supportive. I hired their very reasonably priced tile cutter too for the duration of my project. I have never come across this level of customer support elsewhere. For anyone in the South Auckland area, this is the place to go. Thanks Mark & Team for your support
