  Beautiful service, the staff were very pleasant. Decor was lovely and befitting of the historical building. Enjoyed the original features still visible.
  Small room but comfortable.
  Only down-side was being able to clearly hear the doors of adjacent rooms open & close.
  Otherwise I slept wonderfully.

  Wow amazing boutique hotel in Centre of city. Refurbishment is beautiful and luxurious rooms opulent and most amazing beds. Great professional customer service from concierge welcome to check in and check out. Food doesn’t match the service or product yet so hoping that improves as it lets the rest of the 5 Star experience down. Would highly recommend you experience Hotel Grand Windsor for a special occasion or a treat when in Auckland.
