  I cant believe how poor the service is. Sent a box out of the country with DHL at $280 asked for help to bring the same box back same weight and dimensions with refurbished items. Even after I requested a price confirmation they charged $734, Seriously! Not the first on a number of issues. Just cant trust them to do the right thing by their clients. Even after agreeing to credit the extra they sent me a small print rate card to cover themselves going forward. So even if you ask for personal help beware because they will refer to the small print. I suggest anybody stupid enough to use DHL should request a written quote every time and don't send anything without it.
