  This has to be the slowest service in Auckland. Came to renew my drivers license, first thing in the morning as they opened the doors. Waited for one hour and only 2 counters working. Lots of staff walking around, talking, but no work seems to be done. I was planning to go to work an hour late, thinking that license renewal won’t take long. What a mistake!!! If you want job done quickly, don’t go to New Lynn branch.
